How We Got Here
elunivarqoza started in 2018 when we noticed a gap in franchising education. Most programs either oversimplified the business side or got lost in complex financial models that didn't help real decision-making.
We spent our first year interviewing successful franchise owners across Australia. What we found was interesting: the most successful operators weren't necessarily the smartest or best-funded. They were the ones who understood their numbers and built solid systems early.
That research became the foundation of our approach. Instead of promising overnight success, we focus on building the financial literacy and operational knowledge that actually determines long-term outcomes.
